Adaptive AR worker guidance, real-time inspection and ergonomic workstation for error-free THT assembly.
Adaptive worker guidance with AR projection
The SK SoyoniK Guide® uses images, videos and multilingual texts to guide you step by step through the assembly process. The AR projection marks the correct position directly on the workpiece and the component carriers.

Real-time testing with state-of-the-art camera technology
The system checks the position, polarity, fit, type and presence of each component in real time - with PanTilt zoom technology for maximum precision even with the smallest components.

Ergonomic, future-proof workplace
The electrically height-adjustable table with recessed gripping containers arranged in a V-shape creates a comfortable workstation for up to 80 individually positionable component stations.

Why the Smart Klaus® SoyoniK Guide is the best choice
Safely into the future - instead of continuing to rely on legacy systems
Outdated Royonic workstations are no longer maintainable and block your modernization. The SK SoyoniK Guide® integrates state-of-the-art camera technology, projection and assistance software - modular, maintenance-free and connectable to your digital infrastructure.

Zero-defect strategy becomes reality
Thanks to real-time monitoring, AR projection and automatic feedback, errors are detected before they occur - and not just at the end. This drastically reduces rework, rejects and complaints.

A system that makes the difference - for the customer and the team
The combination of quality, traceability and a modern look impresses OEMs, auditors and employees alike. A workstation that puts people at the center: ergonomic, intuitive and motivating.
The challenges of THT assembly - solved by Smart Klaus®
Obsolete, no longer maintainable placement systems
Royonic systems are technologically outdated and spare parts are no longer available. The SK SoyoniK Guide® is the modern, maintainable alternative with long-term manufacturer support.
High error rate with manual THT placement
When assembling PCBs manually, polarity errors, mix-ups or positioning errors can easily occur. The system eliminates these sources of error through real-time monitoring.
Difficult familiarization with complex assembly processes
THT assembly requires experience and care. The SK SoyoniK Guide® also enables new employees to work safely without a long training period.
Monotony and fatigue during repetitive tasks
Long assembly processes lead to loss of concentration and errors. Ergonomic workplace design and intelligent management keep employees motivated and focused.
Complex variant management
With high-mix, low-volume production, managing different placement variants is time-consuming. The system automatically adapts to each product variant.
Lack of digitization of the assembly documentation
Manual documentation is time-consuming and error-prone. The SK SoyoniK Guide® automatically documents each placement step with a picture and time stamp.
For which industries is Smart Klaus® SoyoniK Guide optimized?

Validatable processes according to the strictest quality standards
- In medical technology with strict regulatory requirements, the SK SoyoniK Guide® offers documented processes and validatable assembly sequences in accordance with quality standards.

Complex communication modules with optimum signal quality
- For complex communication assemblies with numerous THT components, the SK SoyoniK Guide® ensures error-free assembly and optimum signal quality.
Three simple steps to modern THT assembly
Smart Klaus® automates the entire process - from CAD import and AR-guided assembly to complete documentation.
CAD import & intelligent test program creation
The CAD data of the PCB is imported or a "golden board" is scanned in. The SK SoyoniK Guide® automatically recognizes component positions and creates intelligent test programs with AI-supported feature testing for various component types.
Guided placement with AR projection
The worker is guided by multilingual instructions and AR projection directly on the workpiece. The PanTilt camera checks each placement step in real time and provides automatic feedback - without manual acknowledgement.
Automatic documentation & proof of quality
Each assembly step is automatically documented with an image, time stamp and user ID. Complete traceability and audit-proof protocols meet the highest quality requirements and audit standards.
A workplace that puts people at the center.

Frequently asked questions about the Smart Klaus® Soyonik Guide
Can we use our CAD data to set up the system?
Yes, the SK SoyoniK Guide® offers a CAD import function. A correctly assembled PCB is placed under the camera and the corresponding data from the CAD system is imported. The system automatically calculates the position of the components in the camera image and creates a parts list that serves as the basis for the test program.
How does the detection of correct component placement work?
The system monitors the placement process in real time. All component positions are initially marked with a red frame on the monitor. As soon as a component is correctly assembled, the frame color automatically changes to green. In the event of errors (incorrect component, incorrect position, incorrect orientation), a warning is issued immediately.
How does the system handle multiple-use boards?
The SK SoyoniK Guide® supports the assembly of multiple panel boards. It is sufficient to teach in one nest of the panel board and define the number of nests in the test program. The system automatically recognizes the repeating patterns and monitors all nests simultaneously.
Can the Smart Klaus® SoyoniK Guide also check the polarity and orientation of components?
Yes, in addition to the correct component selection, the system also checks the correct orientation of components. Especially with polarity-dependent components such as electrolytic capacitors, diodes or ICs, this is a decisive advantage that prevents costly damage.
Can the system be connected to our MES or ERP systems?
Yes, the SK SoyoniK Guide® has standardized interfaces for integration into existing MES or ERP systems. This means that placement data can be automatically transferred from work preparation and feedback on the placement status can be reported back in real time.
