We will be there with the assistance system of Smart Klaus. Experience how the system has established itself as a colleague by compensating for a lack of skilled workers and is versatile due to its effortlessly easy operation. Managing Director Wolfgang Mahanty will also shed light on this in his presentation "Impact of Digitization - ensuring quality and filling the gap in labour market" on Wednesday 05th October at 13:40 in the Motek Exhibitor Forum 2022 in Hall 5, Stand No. 5435.
We will show you Smart Klaus live at our stand in Hall 1, No. 1910.
The International Suppliers Fair (IZB) is aimed at suppliers to the automotive industry and enjoys a high reputation in the international trade world. The high quality of the exhibitors and the number of decision-makers among the trade visitors make the fair one of the most important communication and business platforms for the industry. We are there, because in the automotive industry, too, a shortage of specialists and workers is the biggest obstacle to growth.
In his presentation "Impact of Digitization - ensuring quality and filling the gap in labour market", Wolfgang Mahanty, Managing Director of OPTIMUM datamanagement solutions GmbH, will provide exciting insights into efficiency in manual assembly, talk about the introduction of assistance systems and show how companies can make their manufacturing resilient with digital colleagues.

In addition, we will present for the first time how you can record and analyse data from manual production without media discontinuity with the help of the camera-based assistance system of the Smart Klaus. Data from manual workplaces is usually not available digitally and can therefore only be used inadequately for analyses. This is where the Smart Klaus optical assistance system comes in. In the new version, it can store visual data from the production process and map it in the digital shadow. With the integration of OEE-relevant data from the Smart Klaus assistance system, a comprehensive digitalisation of the shop floor is possible.
